Free Bets: Everything you need to know

Where can I see if I have Free Bets?

You can see your available Free Bets on the right-hand side of the bet slip.

The bet slip shows the total number of available Free Bets on your account.

To view the details of your Free Bets:

1. Open the bet slip.
2. Select the Free Bet section on the bet slip.

Free Bets must be used in full on a single bet. They cannot be split across multiple bets.

 

How do I use a Free Bet?

You can use a Free Bet from the bet slip when placing a bet.

Follow these steps:

1. Add a selection to the bet slip.
2. If the selection is eligible, the bet slip will display the Free Bet option.
3. Select the Free Bet in the bet slip.
4. Select Place Bet to place the bet using the Free Bet.

 

What types of bets can I use a Free Bet on?

Free Bets can be used on:

• single bets
• multiple bets (accumulators)

Free Bets cannot be used on system bets.

Some Free Bets have additional usage rules. For example, certain Free Bets may only be used on in-play bets.

To check the specific rules for your Free Bet:

Open the Free Bet in the bet slip to view the detailed conditions.

 

What else do I need to know about Free Bets?

Free Bets are stake not returned (SNR).

'Stake not returned' means that if the bet wins, you receive only the winnings and not the stake amount.

Example:

If you place a $10 Free Bet at odds of 3.5 and the bet wins, you receive $25 in winnings.

If you place a $10 Free Bet at odds of 9.0 and the bet wins, you receive $80 in winnings.

Free Bets expire seven days after they are credited to your account.
You must place the bet within seven days of the credit date or the Free Bet will expire.

 

Why is my Free Bet missing?

Your Free Bet might not show in your bet slip if it is in a different currency. To use the Free Bet, you need to change your currency in the 'Cashier'. ;

Follow these steps':

1. Open the 'Cashier'
2. Select 'Manage Currencies'
3. Select 'Preferred Currency'
4. Choose the currency associated with the Free Bet
5. Log out of your account and log back in to apply the change.7

After placing the bet, you can switch back to your original preferred currency.

 

Why can’t I use my Free Bet?

If you cannot use your Free Bet, check the following:

• Make sure you select an eligible bet type. Free Bets can be used on single bets, doubles, or other accumulator bets. Free Bets cannot be used on system bets.
• Check the promotion rules allow the selection you chose. Some promotions require placing bets on specific sports or markets to qualify for the Free Bet.
• Confirm that you have correctly opted into the promotion that awarded the Free Bet.
