For any Outright markets bets will be settled in an ‘all-in run or not’ basis (no refunds for non-starters).
In the event of a match starting but failing to be completed then match bets will be void. In this case, all other markets will be void unless their result has already been unequivocally decided.
In the event of an end being judged a draw then all bets will be deemed void.
If a match does not take place for any reason (eg. injury withdrawal) all pre-match bets will be void and stakes returned. In the event of a match starting but failing to be completed then the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner.
Statistics provided by the official website score provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture will be used for the settlement of bets. Where statistics from an official score provider or official website are not available, or there is significant evidence that the official score provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support our bet settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
