Explanation of the loss limit feature

You can limit the net loss of funds you can incur per calendar day, week or month. This feature can help you to better manage your experience while gambling online.

How does the limit work?

Once the limit has been set up (daily, weekly or monthly), it will take into account all wagers made during the past 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days (depending on the limit you choose).

When you've reached the limit, you won't be able to play again until the limit resets. If you're playing in an active tournament, it won't be affected, but you won't be able to use add-ons or rebuys.

How do I apply this to my account?

Follow the steps below depending on the device you're using to set up the limit:

Any request to amend or raise your existing limit will take 24 hours to get approved.

After approval, the new limit will become effective at the start of a new time frame:

• Daily limit: at the end of the day at 00:00, local time.
• Weekly limit: at the end of the week, on Sunday at 00:00, local time.
• Monthly limit: on the first of the next month at 00:00, local time.

If you decrease the limit, it'll be effective immediately.

How is the net loss calculated?

Our system calculates the net loss by adding all wagers you made and subtracting the sum of all winnings and un-registrations.

Here is how it's counted in different games:

• Poker: Total value of initial table buy-in, re-buys/ add-ons for all game tables (including ZOOM games).
  • Multi-table tournaments and Sit & Go's: The total value of tournament registration, re-buys, and add-ons (this includes T-Money, cash and tournament tickets).
• Casino: The total value of all Casino games, bets, or spins made. Instant Bonus and Free Spins don't count.
• Sports: Total value of any bet made with cash. Free Bets don't count.
