Think you could be a Loose Cannon? We’re giving all NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass winners a chance to audition for the next season of Big Game on Tour.

NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass qualifying tournaments (“Tournament(s)”) take place June 10-October 21, 2024. There will be up to 100 NAPT Las Vegas Gold Passes awarded during this time.

In addition to these Prize Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Tournament Rules governing the participation in tournaments on the PokerStars website apply to your participation in the Tournaments.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass is $10,000 (USD). The NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass consists of the following for the winner: 

• $5,300 buy-in for the winner to NAPT Las Vegas Main Event (November 5-10, 2024)
• $1,800 in travel cash (combined for the winner and one companion)
• $2,900 for hotel expenditures (combined for the winner and one companion)

1. Only players with a .ON Stars Account and residing in Ontario, Canada are eligible for the NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass. Winners must have a fully verified Stars Account in order to redeem the NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass.
2. Players who have already won a single NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass may not be eligible to win a second NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass. Any player who qualifies to win a second NAPT Las Vegas Gold Pass will instead receive $10,000 (USD) in tournament dollars to use on PokerStars.

1. The winners’ companions must be aged 21 or over. 
2. Travel can only be arranged from Ontario, Canada. 
3. The Prize does not include any costs, taxes, fees, expenses and/or arrangements not expressly specified in the Prize description. The winners and their companions are solely responsible for, and PokerStars will not be liable to reimburse the winners/their companions for, any such additional charges and expenses. 
4. The total $4,700 expenses allowance (“Allowance”) is intended to be used for flights and expenses associated with the trip to Las Vegas. The Allowance will be credited to the winners’ Stars Accounts following acceptance of the Prize in accordance with the section 3 above. If the Allowance is credited to a winner’s Stars Account and that winner is subsequently unable to attend NAPT Las Vegas, that winner must notify PokerStars as soon as possible ahead of the intended travel date and must return the full amount of the Allowance to PokerStars within 28 days.
5. The winners and their companions must make their travel arrangements through PokerStars’ designated agent and use the carriers and providers selected by PokerStars or its designated agent. The winners and their companions must travel together and must follow the itinerary provided by PokerStars or its designated agent. The winners will be free to select flights and transfers of their choice for themselves and their companion, on dates of their choice, in liaison with PokerStars provided that they attend NAPT Las Vegas. If the total cost of the selected flights and transfers exceeds the Allowance, and this is permitted by PokerStars (in its discretion), the winners will be liable to pay the amount exceeding the Allowance on the payment terms stipulated by PokerStars.
6. It is the responsibility of the winners and their companions to check any requirements for the airline, hotel, event venue and any other supplier providing elements of the Prize. The winners and their companions are bound by, and must comply with, any terms and conditions set out on their event and airline tickets and the rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the airline, hotel, event venue, event promoter and any other supplier connected with the Prize. PokerStars is not responsible for any failure of the winner and/or their companion to gain entry or re-entry to the airline, hotel and/or event, or to participate in any element of the Prize, due to any action/inaction on the part of the winners and/or their companions. 
7. It is the responsibility of the winners and their companions to check and ensure that they satisfy all customs, security and immigration requirements in relation to travel between Las Vegas and their country of departure (including all requirements relating to passports, visas and other documentation). PokerStars has no liability if the winners and/or their companions are refused entry because they do not satisfy such requirements and the winners/their companions are solely responsible for all costs associated with refused entry. 
8. It is the responsibility of the winners and their companions to check any government travel advisories relating to the travel destination and to determine what action to take in relation to any such advisories. PokerStars has no liability if the winners/their companions do not make such checks, if they choose to travel despite the advice given in any relevant advisory or if they choose not to travel on the advice given in any relevant advisory (in which case PokerStars will not be obliged to offer a substitute prize). 
9. It is the responsibility of the winners and their companions to check whether any vaccinations and/or prescription medicines are recommended or required prior to travel and PokerStars has no liability in this respect. 
10. It is the responsibility of the winners and their companions to take out their own travel insurance in connection with the Prize. PokerStars will have no liability for any failure by the winners and/or their companions to take out travel insurance and/or to comply with the terms and conditions of their travel insurance policy. 
11. PokerStars has no liability for lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates and/or other documentation connected with the Prize. 
12. All elements of the Prize are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be re-sold. No cash or any other alternative is available for any element of the Prize. No alternative dates are available. 
13. If any element of the Prize becomes unavailable, or if a winner is unable to use/take part in any element of the Prize, for any reason beyond PokerStars’ reasonable control, PokerStars is not obliged to offer an alternative prize or any cash alternative or compensation. If a winner is unable to go on the trip to NAPT Las Vegas, they must inform PokerStars as soon as possible and the entire Prize will be forfeited, following which PokerStars may, in its discretion, offer the Prize to another Tournament player in the order of finishing results until a winner who is able to attend is found.
14. The winners and their companions must not do anything that may bring the PokerStars, any of its group companies or its commercial partners into disrepute. PokerStars reserves the right to take appropriate action (including the removal of any element of the Prize) if the winners and/or their companions act in a way that PokerStars reasonably considers to bring the PokerStars, any of its group companies or its commercial partners into disrepute. 
15. PokerStars is not liable for any loss, theft, damage or injury caused or sustained by the winners/their companions as a result of participating in the Prize (except that PokerStars will be liable for death or personal injury arising from PokerStars’ negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation). 
16. The Prize details and availability are subject to change and the Prize providers’ rules and restrictions, and in the event that PokerStars is unable to provide a winner with their Prize, PokerStars may elect to provide them with cash equivalent to the ARV of the Prize or an alternate award of comparable or greater value.
17. The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
18. The ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided to PokerStars. PokerStars is not responsible for, and the winners will not receive, the difference, if any, between the actual value of the Prize at the time of award and the ARV stated in these Prize terms and Conditions or in any promotion-related correspondence or material.
